The PRO’s are proactive in condo and co-op property management and we don’t wait for the board to ask us to do our job. We immediately get to work, checking building systems, providing preventative maintenance plans and managing all aspects of the property. We provide detailed and accurate budgeting for both the long and short-term.
Vanessa Ly, A.I.H.M.

Vanessa has earned her professional property management designation- Accredited Member of Institute of Housing Management which is well recognized in the non-profit housing sector.
She has over 18 years of experience in Administration, Capital Project Management, Quality Control and Accounting. As an experienced Manager, Vanessa has been involved in the management of various housing providers from the initial stage of occupancy to rehab projects. She specialized in property transition having worked at over 60 projects from a variety of different property management models.
Vanessa ensures that there is an effective framework of governance which provides direction and parameters within how business is to be conducted. She has a good working relationship with all levels of government while aligning accountabilities, required policies, standards and procedures to ensure that the services delivered are exceptional.
Lovelyn Valdez
Managing Partner
Lovelyn is dedicated to getting the books up to date in accordance with proper accounting procedures. She is knowledgeable, detail-oriented and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Her experience in property management is extensive and has held various positions in private, non-profit and Co-op Sector. Her knowledge and experience serves as a great benefit for our residents and clients. Lovelyn continues to educate herself in all aspects of property management and will be acquiring her RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation in early 2020.
She has great interpersonal skills and is passionate in continuing to serve in the Housing Sector.
